Lunch and Learn

Thank you so much to all the parents that came out to share in our learning for Lunch and Learn on Wednesday!  Our students enjoyed showing you the games we've been playing as well as eating lunch with all of you.  Our class always has such a great turn out for parent events.  We are thankful for you and the support you give at home.

Bullington Gardens

On Monday we went to Bullington Gardens.  This supported our learning about the needs of plants and how they grow.  We started off our adventure learning about where soil comes from and about the parts of a plant.  We then planted seeds in our own individual pots.  We will be able to pick them up in May!

The second part of our field trip included a hike through the forest.  The students brought a clipboard and pencil and were able to sketch and label the things that we found.

We had a wonderful time and learned so much!
